Dear reader, This year theme for world AIDS Day is UNIVERSAL ACCESS AND HUMAN RIGHTS. These campaign is starting by december1-november 30, 2010, local campaigning is the most effective, therefore we encourage adaptation of the theme by local groups, youth and social clubs.
